A “good” contractor “meets” ones expectations when they complete a quoted project. An “excellent” contractor “exceeds” your expectations. That is what Mansour contractor Inc. achieved for my wife and I. Beyond doing an incredible job of repairing (wood replacement) and painting our outside chimney, they were profession, always on time to our home, tidy during and after each day, and they completed work outside of the scope of what they quoted to insure the finished project met their meticulous standards. We were so happy with their work we again contracted them to repair our drywall and paint our great room. As was the case with their chimney work we could not have been more satisfied. Do not hesitate to use Mansour Contracting Inc. They will exceed your expectations.
Zach and his team are true professionals. They provided us with a thorough quote and performed the work in a timely manner. We were impressed with the quality of work in our new home. We will most definitely call Zach again any time we have painting needs, indoor or outdoor.

Mansour contracting does amazing work , I had them paint my kitchen, great room , 2 bathrooms. They also refinished and painted two of the bathrooms , cabinets. Zach and Kevin were professional , timely and good at communicating when they would be at the house . I would definitely recommend and use again!

Zach & Kevin just finished a large painting job at my office. They did a great job! So meticulous, perfect cut lines and great quality work. Since building our home it had been completely painted 3 times & extensively done twice between the builder and an “experienced” painter. Yet every year we had peeling paint! Before starting our job Zach consulted with other area painters to determine why the paint could continuously peel. #1 procedure of power washing before painting to eliminate dirt underneath the new paint & prevent peeling was never done in the past! We can confirm that this has been the first time in 1 1/2 years we have not had any paint peeling! We can also say that Zach & his company are a class act and one of the most professional people/company we have ever dealt with! Besides the great paint job each day the work site was left excessively cleaned up including vacuuming up small chips of paint out of the mulch! If you are considering Mansour Contracting your search is over & you will be making one of the best decisions for your home!
MC was a referral from a trusted contractor. The owner is responsive, professional and knowledgable. I hired him to do some exterior painting. They were on time, hard-working and respectful of my property. It was immediately noticeable that MC took considerable pride in their work. They identified problem areas, shared their findings, proposed solutions and performed all the necessary repairs delivering a real quality product. I have since hired MC to do some interior painting and again, they did an excellent job. It can be difficult to find skilled, honest, trustworthy contractors. MC is an exception. Zach and his team will be my go-to for all future painting projects.
Zach and his team did an outstanding job. Drywall repair, painted walls, trim and ceilings in 5 rooms and large hallway. 2 rooms had 19 ft. Ceilings. Always courteous, on-time and professional. Cleaned up at end of everyday minimizing any disruption to our normal activities. Would highly recommend them.

Such a fabulous job!!! Having contractors in your home can be very stressful but watching you take the time to properly protect the surrounding parts of my home before you even started set me at ease. Couldn’t even tell that you had been here except for AMAZING paint job you left behind⭐️ There were a lot of gaps and nail holes that needed to be fixed before you got started and everything looks seamless now that guys are done. You and your team were very respectful, timely and professional. I would highly recommend you to anyone looking for an honest hard working reasonable contractor!! Can’t wait for the weather to get nicer so we can start on the outside☀️

We could not be happier with the work that Mansour Contracting did in our home. Last winter they did multiple areas in the interior of our house, and then also did the exterior over the summer. They were great to work with, polite, friendly, and did an amazing job! We have some more interior rooms that will need to be done, and we will 100% be choosing to have them back!

We hired Zach to get a house ready for sale. He did beautiful plaster work, drywall repair, tile work and everything looked perfect and clean. We would hire him again knowing we would be handled professionally.

Very professional, high quality, and competitively priced - After 25 years of the house settling (ex. nail pops and cracks) and raising kids (ex. dings and dents), the interior needed many drywall patches and fresh paint. Zach and Kevin showed up on time, worked hard, and cleaned up before leaving everyday. The house looks like new again! We loved their work so much, we are having them repair and paint our exterior next.
Zach and his crew at Mansour Contracting did a great job!! I had a lot of wood rot on the outside of my house. They basically rebuilt the back of my chimney and front pillars. They Replaced boards where woodpecker holes in other areas. They did a fantastic job with the taping, prepping, caulking. wood repair replacement and then the final Painting! They were Timely, very polite and very professional. They cleaned up and were tidy. I would highly recommend them.!!! And I would definitely use them again!! I like to see young entrepreneurs doing a great job and Zach is building a solid business. He runs a good crew. I wish them continued business and success. Do not hesitate to hire them for outside or inside work. Mansour Contracting is a good choice.
From beginning to end, Zach and his team were very professional, tidy, respectful and efficient at their work. We had most of our 1st floor repainted after moving into our home, along with a two story foyer and second floor hallway. Zach provided detailed quotes and was flexible on what we could fit into our budget now vs some time into the future. He was communicative as the planned timing approached, and handled the job was completed smoothly over a two week period. The work is flawless and we will call Zach again when it’s time for the next phase. I wouldn’t even consider picking up a paintbrush again after seeing the quality of work done by Mansour Contracting. A few before and after photos are attached. Highly recommended!
Zach responded quickly with a quote to do my interior painting. He and Kevin were at my house early everyday (unlike most contractors- who either come later in the day or don’t show) and were still there working diligently when I got home from work. There was a lot of prep work and several add-ons that came up, but they were there to make sure the job was done to my expectations. If you want a great painting job, I highly recommend you call Zach and his team!!

WOW!! Best way to describe the outstanding work performed by Zach and the crew at Mansour Contracting. The entire experience was perfect; Zach and team said they would be there at a specific time, and they were there. Every aspect of the job, they did exactly what they said they would do! The painting is perfect, not a run, drop or drip anyplace. I have had 9 homes over the past 45 years, never have I been so happy with the quality and professionalism of a contractor. Zach did a fantastic job painting one of our rentals that we were getting ready to re-lease. We had a tight few days to work with while tenants were away on their honeymoon but Zach and his team worked the whole weekend (even Sunday) to make sure the place was ready in time for the new tenants. They were very professional and easy to work with. Can't wait to have them come paint our home for us!
